Love it!

Updated 4/16: since my last review, all of it still remains ESPECIALLY Customer Service. However, a new trend I am discovering and not happy with, it seems to be harder & take longer than it did before to win on the slots. Lately when I play, like today, $100 million gone in less than an hour of play and that was betting the lowest amount, $600k on one, $625k on another. Not sure why its harder to win of late, but wish itd go back like it was.

Been playing for over a year now and love it. Yes, some times it does freeze, or just does something screwy, but overall the game play is steady and if you drop your winnings down low, with being able to get free coins every two hours, sometimes once an hour, and on those wonderful times when they double your amount of free coins for 24 hours, you can build your coins back up rather quickly.
But, besides simply enjoying the game, the one thing that keeps me playing is their Customer Service. It is simply the best I have dealt with in any game . Whenever I have contacted them be it for a question or complaint, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the outcome and will continue playing.
